We require a non-refundable booking fee

Yeksenia Santos Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry, LLC. requires email of your eyebrows for approval prior to booking appointment.**The booking fee will not be refunded if this step is not followed**

‍Yeksenia Santos Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry, LLC. requires a non-refundable booking fee at the time of making an appointment to secure your spot.

The booking fee will be applied to the remaining service fee.

You must be 18 years or older to have any form of Permanent Makeup. (Exceptions to medical reasons, which will require medical consent and legal guardian consent.)

Late arrivals to an appointment more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling your treatment due to Yeksenia's full schedule.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Yeksenia Santos Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry requires a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule an appointment or the non refundable booking will be kept and another will be required to secure an appointment.

If you cancel an appointment the booking fee is non-refundable.

​If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment 50% of the treatment cost is to be paid to Yeksenia Santos Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry, LLC.

Touch up appointments and Annual appointment processes

New Treatments will require a second touch up session that is included within the new session fee, sometimes a third application is needed due to skin type. An additional cost may be charged at the discretion of Yeksenia Santos.

The touch up session must be taken within 6-12weeks of your first appointment, if not an extra charge can occur. You can only reschedule a touch up appointment once or you will loose the appointment.

Annual appointment is expected to be scheduled from 1-3 years from your original new treatment date. A annual appointment is only 1 session. If a second is needed, this is due to your skin and an extra cost may be charged at the discretion of Yeksenia Santos.

Payment methods

Payment is accepted by debit, credit card only. Exact Cash only & Checks are not accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given, prior or post procedure.
